Who I am
I love love and I love planning events! A bunch of checklists, countless Pinterest pages, and a glass of Bordeaux is my idea of a good time. I am inspired and moved by love stories. My never-ending passion is what drives me. I am a go getter, who quite bluntly, always gets shit done.
I have been captivated by weddings for as long as I can remember. I'm not sure I will ever be able to describe in words the feeling I get when a couple first lays eyes on each other; it’s as if for a brief second they have allowed us to peek into their world, and share their love story. I am thankful for so many things, but mostly I am thankful that my amazing couples allow me to be a part of their incredible days!

White Willow Event Management is a Wedding & Event Planning Company, based in Burnaby, BC that plans beautiful, detailed events across BC. Ashley specializes in focusing on the details to help you create a once in a lifetime event that you have always dreamed of. Her extraordinary organizational skills, innate attention to detail and abundance of passion and love for planning, is evident in every step of the process.
White Willow’s destiny began many years ago. I was always deemed the party organizer, the one with countless checklists, who always seemed to have something planned. I didn’t need a reason to bring people together to celebrate, it was and is simply something I love to do. From themed birthday parties, to graduation celebrations, countless years of corporate events and friends’ weddings, I knew that it was time to turn my passion for event planning into a company all my own.
At White Willow, we believe that a wedding is the most beautiful and fun way to allow your friends and family to celebrate your love with you! Think of me as your temporary best friend: someone to laugh with, to cry with, to celebrate your love with, and most importantly someone to make your planning experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible!
The most important part of the planning process for me is getting to know you and your vision, so that together we can create an event that is the most beautiful and unique representation of you! I would love to help you celebrate life’s moments in the best way possible.
